Washed, from the Guji zone at around 2,000 metres. Light roast — we stop it before any roast character arrives, because there is nothing here worth covering.
Best as filter. It will work as espresso if you like it bright, but it is not what we built it for.

Bright, as promised
They say it is for filter and they mean it — I pulled it as espresso first and it was sharp. In a V60 it is lovely.
